You can join as a free member and can earn money through daily surfing. Moreover, if you buy adverting packages then you can also take part in the company’s revenue share.
If you purchase advertising then it is instantly delivered to your account. Daily revenue share depends on the advertisement sales and it is never guaranteed. Company called this revenue share a bonus because their main product is advertising.
Company divide money based on the past day results. Total money earned will be distributed proportionately based on the number of ad packs members currently have.

Sustainability Issue
RevAdBurst is growing well and there is a good probability that this program works well in the start but with the passage of time it continues to decline and will ultimate close. Its growth is solely dependent on joining of new members. As long as it will happen then system grow and vice versa.
I was really surprised to see what admin has written about sustainability in the home page;

Site Structure
I don’t like the site structure because it is based on black theme and most of the text in capital letters. I personally find it difficult to concentrate on the text and get information. It is better if background color is white that looks more attractive for people.
Owners Information
I have checked all RevAdBurst site but could not able to find the owners information. Hiding such information may raise doubts about the admin as it is quite obvious that they come up with false intentions.
Is RevAdBurst a Scam or Legit? My Conclusion:
RevAdBurst is a new program and it is growing well but this system us based on model that is unsustainable and similar to Ponzi scheme. I never recommend to anyone to invest in such site because there are other great online opportunities available than RevAdBurst.
If you still want to join then my suggestion is invest only that you can afford to lose and don’t put all eggs in one basket.
