Dosh App Review – Scam or Legit Cash Back App?

Well if you are searching for Dosh cash app and looking for an honest opinion whether it is safe to use or not then this is the perfect review to read.

Without any further delay, let’s look get a rough idea about this app;

App Name: Dosh CashDosh App Review
Purpose: Cash Back
Earning Potential: Limited
Verdict: Legit

What is Dosh App? My Review:

The basic theme of this app is that when you download this app and purchased items using this app from approved shopping stores then as a result, you get some money back. In a simple way, Dosh earns 8% affiliate commission and it will share 4% with you. (Just for the purpose of example)

The concept is not new and if you visit my blog frequently then I have written reviews on similar products in the past as well. Please see my reviews on Ebates, Mr. Rebates, and My Points.

With other apps keeping in mind, the app doesn’t require scanning slips, mailing in rebates, promos codes or taking pictures of receipts for getting cash back. Just link your credit card to this app, use them where offers are available, book travel with Dosh, and get cash back, Auto-magically.

On one side the concept is very legitimate but on the other side, it is not for people who take this as a fulltime income or want to use it as a replacement for 9 to 5 job. If you are one of them then I suggest you see my #1 rated program that has helped thousands of people to earn a fulltime income from home.

How Does Dosh Work?

Once you have downloaded the app and install it on your device then there are four ways which you can exploit to earn some cash backs. Let’s look at each of them;

In-Store Automatic Cash Back

Once you add your card and purchased the items at approved stores then you get some cash back. It’s that simple!

There are literally hundreds of retailers from where you can shop. Some participating stores include Jack in the Box, Sam’s Club, Denny’s, Forever 21, and many others.

Please remember that in-store shopping is location-based and based on your location you get options.

Online Shopping

This is really simple!

Just visit the site and move to the stores’ section where you find tons of affiliated stores. All you need is to visit that stores using their affiliate link and when you purchase something this will get you some cash back.

The percentage of cash back varies from item to item but usually, you get 3% to 8% cash back which is not bad at all.

Some examples are Fitbit, RayBan, Nike, Less for Me, Overstock, Toms, Callaway, and a few hundred more!

Hotels Bookings

If you are a traveling love then you may find some extraordinary deals. Not only this, you will also get some great cash back offers if you booked using their affiliate links.

Most of the hotels pay $10 to $150 cash back per night. You will also get $25 for booking your first hotel using this app. That’s awesome!

Refer Friends

Another way to boost your earnings is to refer friends and family members. You can use various social media platforms and communicate this opportunity to your nearest people.

As a result of this if your referral reached out his/her first cash back limit then you will earn $5. Do the math if you recruit 100’s of people to this platform.

I know it’s not that simple.

How Dosh Pays Your Money?

Once you have $15 in your account you can request that payment to your PayPal account or they even send that money using Direct Deposit to your account.

Previously, it took two business days to receive that payment but now I have even heard from my friends that are getting this money instantly.

Dosh vs. Ebates vs. Ibotta:

Thought Dosh looks similar to Ebates and Ibotta but there is one main difference.

Both of these apps require you opt-in to offers or scan receipts that require more effort or to use promo codes. With Dosh, you don’t have to do a thing after connecting your credit cards. Dosh finds you cash back automatically and adds it to your Dosh wallet.

Dosh App Complaints:

Once you read the complaints about this app then most of the people are talk about these two things;

Linking Card Issue

I have read many people queries that they are not able to link their credit card to Dosh to get automatic cash back on their in-store purchases. Most of the cards that face this issue are prepaid or credit union.

It is better option to use VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.

App Glitches

Earlier people have faced a lot of issues when using this app. Especially the app gets hang or shuts down automatically. But with the passage of time they have made certain improvements and now this complaint is less likely observable.

Lack of Stores

As I wrote earlier that in-store purchases are very dependent on where you live. If you live in a backward or rural area this might not be that great for you. But if you live in a popular city there is a good chance there will be plenty of offers.

You don’t need to be worried about for online offers there are plenty for everyone.

Not Fit for Fulltime Income

You can use this app to earn $50 to $200 per month but I know this is not for most of the people. For that purpose, you still have to rely on your other source of income.

Why not a person invests more of his/her time in a business that can last longer and earn a handsome income?

Is Dosh App Safe and Legit?

Well, I am pretty confident that Dosh is one of the legitimate apps out there that can provide you some good cash back options without having to scan receipts.

You will get great shopping stores along with great hotels for online booking.

There are also some dark sides that the app doesn’t work in every store so the best way is to use this app with other apps and get as much cash back as possible.

With that being said, you won’t get rich by simply using this app on your phone and fully utilizing it to your advantage. At most, you will earn few hundred bucks per month but not used it as a replacement for your 9 to 5 job.

I suggest you see my best option if you are looking for a similar opportunity.
